Orders and Quries

– Please send all quote requests ; orders ; artwork   and other quries to admin@fullzone.co.za

and johan@fullzone.co.za

– Please send correct company invoice details when placing your order.

– Please send date of requirement when placing the order

Finances

– Please send POP to admin@fullzone.co.za

– NO artwork or printing can commence without a POP

– Full upfront payment required for all orders below

  R50 000

– 70% Deposit required for all orders above R50 000

– NO exceptions

Artwork

– Fullzone does not charge set up or design fees

– Therefore all Artwork must be placed or designed onto OUR templates

– Failure to do so, a setup cost of R250 per order will be charged and will also result in a delay of approvals

– Artwork can be send in PDF or PNG

– Please make sure all FONTS are flattened

– JPEG can only be used when artwork is PRINT READY

Lead Times after artwork approvals

– Lead times on Flags and Banners 3-5 Days

– Lead times on Gazebo’s & Combo’s 5-7 Days

– Please take note that a RUSH fee of 20% of entire order will apply when required sooner

Delivery

– Orders above R3500 NO delivery charge only applicable to Pretoria within a 30KM radius

– Orders below R3500 an extra R150 delivery charge in Pretoria within a 30KM radius

– All other areas in Gauteng – Courier Charges will apply
